Incentives

This plan offers the following incentives.

  • PowerResponse program rebate: You may be eligible for our PowerResponse program, and by participating in events, you may be eligible for rebates which may change over time. See website energyaustralia.com.au/power-response for details on eligibility criteria, T&C's and rebates.
  • $250 Credit Offer: Offer available to eligible NSW residential customers who sign up to Flexi Plan directly with EnergyAustralia. One $250 (incl. GST) credit per new electricity account, per customer address. Credit will be applied to your first bill unless the bill charges are less than the credit, when the balance of the credit will be applied to your next bill; and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may change or end this offer at any time.

Green power

This plan allows you to purchase green power.

  • GreenPower 30%: GreenPower 30% = $0.0495 x (30% x total usage)
  • GreenPower 100%: GreenPower 100% = $0.0495 per kWh

Contract expiry

The Benefit Period for this plan is 12 months. We will provide you with notice of your options prior to the end of the Benefit Period. Your contract will continue until it is ended by either party.
